Webafrica poor service

Webafrica is the worst service provider I have ever dealt with, they make you wait for a chat assistant for too long and you can't contact them directly via phone call. They expect me to pay for a service that was not provided, I had no connection what so ever and they were supposed to send a technician that didn't come. Now even after cancellation they still trying to debit my account causing charges on my bank balance. Webafrica is a **** company.
