WebAfrica poor service

WebAfrica has a debit order tracking my account since the 1st of August without any deduction while my account is funded. My network if off in the meantime I’m struggling with buying data. I’ve been in contact with the since the 1st wanting to pay because I’m struggling to get my work done without their network but I’m told to wait for the debit. Yesterday I’m told debit dates are from 1st to 4th but my account still not debited but I have no option to and get my service up because their customer portal says I must still wait for a debit. It’s been 5 days of waiting without network, help or service with my money in my account. I want to pay for service because I need it for work purposes!!!
