Webafrica - Poor service

Poor service with regards to the moving of services to a new premises. I am very disappointed after being a long time customer. I just feel like they want to take my money but are not willing to take on their line providers to provide the services offered to their clients. It is also impossible to get answers from anyone who can do anything about it. If I hear the word escalated one more time, I will lose my mind.
