Unable to resolve connectivity issues, have logged multiple tickets and done all the troubleshooting requested and still told i havent provided feedback.

Tickets get closed and issues are not resolved. Customer must pay a cancellation fee to cover for their inabilities to provide a service they are paid for.

Stay far away, rather pay more and get services from a better ISP
