Webafrica Poor Service

After going through the process of the LTE data top up option and paying for it! The data was not loaded. Tried calling the support team as instructed- hours of waiting and no proper service. I have still not receive my data and it’s been 2 days. I’ve created support tickets on their website and no one has gotten back to me.
