Webafrica poor service

I have moved houses and requested to be moved to my new address, it’s a month now Webafrica has been sending me from pillar to post. I have paid them I don’t owe anything but my service is still not active. Their WhatsApp chat support is ineffective, unprofessional agents. Very bad experience with this provider
