WebAfrica - Poor service

I have been having trouble with my connection for almost a week. I have tried to contact them in all ways possible but I keep having to speak to different agents and no one has been able to solve my problem.

My subscription is always paid on time, and this is what I have to deal with. Do yourselves a favour and avoid as much as possible.
