WebAfrica Poor Service

Recently took out fibre with WebAfrica. All was well for 2 days. Then my connection stopped due to a faulty cable they had provided during installation. I had to go through 6 agents and references with WhatsApp chats. New sessions and hours of no resolution. Until I called MetroFibre who made arrangements. I was informed by 8 other agents that I'd be credited, it's almost two months now and nothing. Pathetic service given. Would not recommend this provider to anyone.
