WebAfrica Poor poor poor service

Poorest service ever experienced. It's been over 24hrs since I connected the router after joining no internet bt they have already prepared invoices. For the past 24hrs I have been chatting to a useless robot. When you call the only people who answer is option 1 which is sales, when selecting technical problems which is option 2 you get referred back to a robot no human intervention, worst service ever, they are useless
