WEBAFRICA - POOR OR NO SERVICE & NO PROPER SUPPORT

I am battling to get assistance with technical and get our router working. Their whatsapp chat line leaves a person hanging, no service, no support but also very quick to terminate services. Can someone please call me on *** as my elderly parents make use of the service and tired of always paying and no proper service. I am still waiting for a support consultant to connect me to the correct department
