WEBAFRICA poor (no) after sales support

It is impossible to connect to someone to fix a VERY poor installation of optic fibe hanging on the ground. This was reported frequesntly to the "Friendly BOT" and promises to get an agent to contact did not happen.

Webafrica CANNOT be contacted in any way and the BOT only supp**** a menu of item to choose from, and my issue is not on the list.

Very POOR company and service.
