I work from home and rely on a stable internet connection, yet my speeds are consistently stuck at 0.09 Mbps download and upload. This is unacceptable, especially considering I pay nearly R700 per month. I can’t even perform basic tasks online, and it’s affecting my ability to work. To make matters worse, I received a message about a router upgrade — but why should customers be expected to cover upgrade costs when the current service doesn’t even meet minimum standards? I don’t care about future improvements if you can’t deliver the basics now. My parents get better speeds on an old Telkom Lite package from 199. That says everything.
