Webafrica poor customer support

App**** for adsl last month already ( April) and still no word from webafrica. Maybe by christmas? And your whatsapp support is lacking. Very very slow to respond. Waited 2 hours the other day and still no help. In this day and age can you afford to chase away customers? Rehtorical question.
