Webafrica poor customer service

Good morning my bill is R790.28 instead of R399 that is what I signed up for. My installment is R399 per month.

Today I received a notification that the above-mentioned amount was debited from my account; of R790.28 . I started using the fiber on the 20th of May 2021Please fix that and return the balance. I can't use the fiber for 10 days and pay R790.

The worst part is you can't get hold of Webafrica on emails or even what's uo. With the what's uo service; you wait forever for an agent to come back to you.

Web Africa only cares about getting sales and not about building the relationship with their customers; once they sign you on their promo deal; they don't care ; you are on your own
