Webafrica poor customer care service

I'm disconnected from the wifi at home for about 3 days, I reported the matter on their given platform (watzup line) for a technician to assist, but there is no response. I phoned the sales unit as it is the only number where you can get to talk to someone, still no help given, they said they have escalated the matter but there is no update. Worse they have debited their monthly installment for this month (October). It's so frustrating and disappointing, poor service.
