Webafrica poor communication response guys very poor

Just got fibre inner area.Tried to get Webafrica to sign me on .There were some issues which kinda expected so I wrote to Lurrisa Coleman, rather she wrote to me ,to find out what the issue was but still to date no response from them none whatsoever...how do businesses do business like this .They still haven't debited my account which means further delays in my connection getting done and they won't respond to my difficulties
