webafrica - poor communication and rude staff
Terrible service and rude employees. They promise fast service and connections until you sign up, then they have lots of stories. We signed up and were told our router will be delivered to us the following day, and that we will receive a call from the couriers to confirm the delivery address. No call was ever received, when we followed they said that they emailed us and we had to respond to the email. After phoning them many times and being on hold forever, the staff were rude when we expressed that we are unhappy with the level of communication and service thus far. and apparently there is no one around that can solve our problem. I regret signing up with them.
