Webafrica Poor after service

Received my router from Webafrica. Followed all the instructions. All the lights went on and are green. Yet thrs no internet connection. When I try to log in it says profile locked.. Tried to contact thr support via whatsapp since this morning I still have no assistance. Decided to call them and on call the agent says he can't help I must contact them via whatsapp. FRUSTRATING SERVICE..
