WEBAFRICA PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!

I have been with WebAfrica for a while and have not had a problem.

Then last month - I got a message to say that my debit ordered did not go through. Money in my account - details still the same. The first person I spoke to said that WebAfrica was having problems putting some of their debit orders through - I shouldnt worry about it.

They disconnected me the next day - I tried to find out what the problem was. The 2nd person I spoke to last month tried to blame me????? Again - money in my account - deets the same......... ??????

Now today - I get a message from them again to say my DO did not go through again. I have 6k in my account?????? I have been on the phone - on their whatsapp chat - SINCE 9AM!!!!!!!!!!! STILL NO LUCK!!!!! And when I said that Im going to put a post on Hello Peter - Nomfundo said - I quote - I should add another card with enough funds for the pmnt.
