Webafrica please do something about you customer service and billing

I paid my acc on tuesday via their platform with ozow. The money went off my acc. I pay like this on takelot also and i trust this way of paying. Today is friday and they still try to debit my accounts. Their whatsapp chat line is manned by someone who is busy with a lot of thing because it takes forever. So this will just carry on forever.
