Webafrica plays blame game
I have app**** for a Webafrica service and from day one have had nothing but bad service from Webafrica staff playing the blame game. It is amazing how every person I have spoken to at Webafrica can give you a different answer during every interaction, no matter if it is via their live chat or call centre. Management are an endangered species as you do not get to speak to them. When you finally get to speak to someone you get the same blame game story. It’s not us its Telkom, Telkom this way Telkom that way, scary thing website I received better service from Telkom compared to yourselves, so who is actually to blame?
Webafrica you a service provider so where is the service?
I already know Webafrica's response to this. Please be advised that we are sorry for the inconvenience and that we have escalated this for you, we have logged a ticket and all follow ups will be done via that. strange thing is they have this option where you as a client can close the ticket if satisfied yet my tickets seems to be closing and I never clicked that I am satisfied.
Try logging a ticket for a manager to call you, guess what it gets closed.
They have on their website a banner which reads "Why choose Webafrica? " well I can gives you reasons why not to choose Webafrica.
Turnaround time will be 3-5days
