Webafrica placed order without consent

I need to be contacted urgently by Webafrica. The worst service I have ever received. I have been transferred from one department to another on their so called Whatsapp support. No one can give me clear answers.Webafrica has placed an order without my consent and wants to charge me. I am trying to get a service canceled that should not have been placed in the first place.
