Hi my cables was ****** guys came out said I will get assistance I saw the ticket was marked as resolved I'm still waiting I work from home and you guys don't give a **** whatsapp system is plain **** as the agents don't even respond you guys need to get a call center running to answer calls you paying agents to sit and do nothing please sort my fibre out otherwise il just have to go with someone else
