Webafrica payment

Terrible service. Suspend my account after countless emails...million unanswered calls. No call backs. No watsapp help. Im begging for some1 to call and help me make a payment. Customerzone keeps giving me an error. So nobody helps me to make payment instead they cut me off. So how to i make payment. Why must i beg for help. And im still waiting since 4 April 2020. ive never had to beg to pay somthing before
