Webafrica - pay back my money

Terrible service! Logged a call, ref ***. Your agents said we would contacted, a week now and still no response!!

The worst is my internet was down, i speak to an agent, the person said the problem is deeper than what they can resolve, hence the call logged.

5 minutes later I contact webafrica again, speak to a different and siem salla biem, problem sorted out.

A week later, no one called back, still internet problems. Webafrica by far the worst internet service provider. I wish this could be resolved once and for all.
