Webafrica - pathetic wi-fi provider

What a useless bunch of people and company! I cancelled my contract due to extremely low download and upload speeds (I paid for 20mg but got less than 5 at times). I gave them the required month's notice on 1 Apr 2022 to end 30 Apr, yet they collected another collection for May 2022 and then I was told they cancellation was set for 1 Jun to end 30 Jun. To get this resolved is a nightmare. Cannot get hold of anyone, am forced to work through their whatsapp service offering and the people manning it don't even address the issues and keep on asking the same stupid questions. People, do yourselves a favour and never appoint Webafrica as your service provider.
