WEBAFRICA PATHETIC SERVICE PROVIDER!!!

After being with Webafrica for over a year. i canceled my subscription in November 2024. Yet they kept debiting my account. They promised to collect the router from me which they didnt and now are charging me for it.

they have debited an extra of almost R3000.00 since i canceled and all this for nothing without using thr services. When you contact the support all they do is keep transfering to different agents that too on whatsapp as they do not answer thr calls. A lady by the name of Fatihah is rude and does not address the issue at hand rather asking me not to get upset after being charged Unnecessary.
