Webafrica Pathetic Service

I did not want to even give a star but was compelled to in order to write this review! App**** for Webafrica/Metrofibre deal via the internet on 23/7/21. Been over a month now and still waiting. My daily calls are with 'robots' who say the call has been escalated. All the robots want are for you to END CHAT and give them a rating so that they can end the call. I suppose they have KPI's to achieve but I seriously would not recommend dealing with this company. Frustration all the way!
