Webafrica pathetic service

I have tried for nearly 2 months to cancel this service and I keep getting the run around. Numerous calls and whatsapp I don't get through to a an actual human. We have no contract but still been told we must pay in advance for the contract to be canceled. The billing frequency keeps changing and it's a constant challenge to cancel this service.
