Webafrica - pathetic service

my profile has been active on webafrica for almost 2 weeks now and no one has assisted with my installation. It is so ridiculous the only platform to communicate with them is whatsapp but it takes days before a consultant messages ive spoken to over 5 consultants all who said they would excalate the matter but still no joy i need the fibre for work and i am paying 1100 a month and i find this totally unacceptable and frustrating
