Webafrica - pathetic service. Continuously increasing fees for no reason. Unable to contact them.

Webafrica continuously increases fees. They do not inform customers nor do they seek any consent from customers. The only way to contact them is through WhatsApp. This service is pathetic. Agents are unable to give answers or provide any assistance. Agents simply end the chat and then you are unable to get through to another agent. Additionally they "increased" my speed without consent which resulted in extra costs. Ironically, my internet speed is nothing close to what they claim. Once again, cannot get through to an agent to assist.
