Webafrica - Pathetic Service

This company must rate as one of the worst companies in South Africa to do business with.When you want to cancel your subscription, you cannot speak to a human. All done by robots hiding behind "cyber walls". I phoned on numerous occasions trying to cancel my subscription due to the fact I am moving premises and no longer require their services. The only way to speak to a human being is by selecting option 1 (for sales). Their sales staff are rude and uninterested in your problem, and keep promising they will send an email to the cancellations / accounts departments. When you phone back a few days later, nothing has been done, let alone you receiving an email acknowledging your cancellation. Absolutely pathetic service to say the least.
