Webafrica pathetic service

The line was down for the whole day last week. Sent an email to the retention department as not a peep back from them. The watsapp line to communicate with Webafrica is a shambles as it appears they don't have any staff working those lines. Strange that the only way to actually speak to someone at Webafrica is if you are applying for a new service.

By the way, internet speed is snail pace today and again can't seem to even chat to anyone at Webafrica to resolve the issue.

These people don't deserve to be in business
