App**** for wifi for our home. Spoke to a representative, completed the necessary documents. Before they had even come to our house they already deducted the monthly installment. I immediately reversed it as NO ONE had been to our house and NOTHING had been installed. The next day I called and told them to cancel the debit order as I am no longer interested if that's how they do business. The lady checked and said it had been cancelled. Yesterday another debit order went off once again. ABSOLUTELY NOTHING has been installed but I am being billed. How do businesses like WebAfrica do this. It is absolutely pathetic service.
