WEBAFRICA PATHETIC SERVICE

This company customer service is appalling to say the least!! Ive first contacted them a week ago. Subsequently every contact over the past days are met with the same response" somebody will call u back"..!!ive send a mail to their complaints department, again NO RESPONSE!! They refuse to provide you with a manager contact number.

Do not provide them with banking details, they will deduct any amount from your account. IM GONNA CANCELL MY CONTRACT AFTER 3 WEEKS and will take them to court if they bill.me for any penalties!!!!

STAY AWAY from webafrica unless u like to deal with an unprofessional company who dont care about customers.
