Webafrica pathetic service

Absolutely the worst service ever. I wish i came to Hellopeter before i signed up with them. I have had connectivity issues since i signed up on 1 October with no resolve. I signed up for a 100mb line but is lucky if i get 30mb download speeds. After two months they increased my monthly bill from R599 to R999. Their whatsapp communication platform(the only means of communication) is an absolute nightmare. They refuse to phone me when i request it on this platform. It is the most *********** ISP i have ever experience in my life.
