Webafrica - Pathetic Service

Ordered Fibre on 27 November 2020. To date no installation or any feedback from Webafrica, I have contacted them on numerous occassions and the only feedback available is "We are still awaiting feedback from Vuma".. After all the time that has lapsed I think the lack of service or no feedback being provided is disgusting. Not as easy to just cancel and opt for another ISP because that too has an additional waiting period.
