WebAfrica- Pathetic Service

I have being down with WIFI from 21st to the 28th . I have logged requests to have it sorted out to date I have to follow up ,no one calls you with feedback ,you have chat with this whats app chat and give your same story day after day . What is the use of having WIFI when you have leave your houses and come to work to get connected, buy data, cannot watch TV for a week but get your account debited for the full installment .
