Webafrica pathetic no-service.

Webafrica is probably the worst internet services ever! For more than a year I struggle to have issues resolved. 1mbps?? Buffering all the time?? Then yhey told me to sot on top of the router for better signal?? I cancelled over and over but they kept on debiting my account even though I have no access to their line. The quick to take my money but can't deliver services. Put me through 3 or 4 agents at a time just to cancel?? Then I am told I am on a Premium package! What a lot of bull.
