Webafrica Pathetic customer service

My car expired, I then got a notification that my payment was unsuccessful and i need to make payment. i have been trying to make payment since Friday, i used 2 bank cards, my sons and my godchild`s it was all unsuccessful, i even called my bank, they insisting the issue is with my bank cards and not their portal, they have now suspended my services, and nobody has gotten back to me. I've been communicating with them since Friday, today they suspend and to date nobody has contacted me to try and resolve.
