Webafrica Pathetic Customer Service

Absolutely no regard for their customers. I have had no internet for 4 days, and they have no interest in providing internet, yet they recieve payment on time. Now I am being penalized and they expect me to pay for repairs as well. I am definitely cancelling and won’t recommend anyone sign up.
