WebAfrica pathetic customer care
I signed up for WebAfrica 2 years ago. Didn't re eive bad service, albeit a little erratic coverage from time to time. Due to relocation to Cape, I gave requsite notice to cancel. Big Hoo Haa. Audacity they had was me to pay a R1000 cancellation fee. I wasn't keeping the router, that remained in place. I asked for copy of verbal sign up recording, or written contract I signed. They refused saying they don't keep records like that. Eventually they finally agreed, and actually said they had a small refund for me which never did happen. This after dozens of Blog chats, emails, phone calls. They continue to Send me robot blog messages, and each time I must reinvent tons of info, coz they say the system doesn't record that far back. Months, not years, and they're an IT business sounds pathetic. The messages are endless, I can't get them to clear my name off, each time it's a new person. OH and don't try call a number for customer service, or try at your own peril. Can I report them for harassment any ideas please.
