Webafrica… pathetic communication and service delivery

Slowest and worst service I have ever received. More than a month waiting for call backs, *********** call centre staff and the hands on whatsapp line is absolutely worthless. Held on today (again… 4th day this week) for more than 2 hours. The team member literally told me today I am welcome to leave and will have the same issues (not getting answers or assistance and very very very slow).
