Webafrica - Pathetic communication and billing issues EVERY month!

I'm extremely annoyed and disappointed with Webafrica at this stage. Every month there is a new issue with billing. Charging me for something I don't know about. The communication from you guys are absolutely terrible.

I had LTE for 7-8 months, from March until October. Beginning of October I UPGRADED to Fibre and I still had to pay for LTE AND Fibre in one month. Even though I didn't even use my LTE at all in October I still had to pay a month. Now I receive an invoice charging me R2000 for Clawback on the LTE router?? Are you serious right now?

Nobody said anything about this charge. Nobody confirmed this with me. Nobody told me that I need to return the router or pay for it, but now you want to deduct R2000 from my account? I did not and I do not give you permission to deduct this money from my account.

I don't care if you want to credit my account, this amount should NOT be deducted from my account in the first place. I'm getting so tired of struggling with billing every month.

I phoned Webafrica and now they are telling me that I need to bring the router in.. Again, are you kidding me? Now I must drive to YOU because you can't communicate properly?? This is completely unacceptable and i'm highly disappointed in your service.

You can't just randomly send me a R2000 invoice out of the blue without even talking to me first. I had the router for 7 months. I UPGRADED to Fibre. I spoke to 4 or 5 people at Webafrica when I upgraded and not a single one of them even mentioned this Clawback nonsense. I don't want the router, you can gladly take it back, but COMMUNICATE that with your customers!!

I'm tired of having to constantly phone you to sort issues out that YOU made. Sort this out. ASAP.
