Webafrica Pathetic!
Very disappointed with the service received from Webafrica. Can't get hold of anybody. Is it so hard to speak to a human being?? Whatsapp Channel absolutely useless and frustrating. I was incorrectly billed yet again. Promises made in April this year still haven't been fulfilled. They even ghost you when you try to cancel. Absolutely pathetic. My internet service is going to be cut off due to non payment of incorrect amount and I am not paying a reconnection fee!!

They take advantage of us! Quick to answer new sales calls but there is no after sales service. How much money is Webafrica owing to its clients??? We need to make this viral
