Webafrica Pathetic

Absolutely pathetic service from Webafrica, from start to finish i have never come across a bunch of *********** people in all my life. I signed up for Fibre installation in November 2020, and still todate i do not have internet, they are quick to blame Vumatel and log calls and their WhatsApp group is just a sham, no one can resolve an issue i have been battling for 6 months to get access to the internet on my devices, i then decided to cancel this contract and yes i know i am going to lose a fortune but i have to draw a line somewhere. So i get an email from the Retentions department, and i tell them i want a Guarantee that they will send a Technician to my house and connect me to Fibre/ internet so once again Vumatel are blamed and they cannot give me a Guarantee until i agree to stay with them and they can request Vumatel to reconnect (because apparently it was cancelled in the background, by who nobody knows??) I have on numerous occasions chatted on their Whatsapp group spoken to technicians at their office in CT and up until today i have had no joy so i ask you why must i pay for a service i did not receive and now pay the astronomical cancellation fee. They are a bunch of ********* and i would not recommend them to anyone ever...
