WEBAFRICA PATHETIC

Webafrica services is pathetic. I have been with them since September 2021 and the internet drops almost everyday. It is impossible to speak to someone over the phone. They want you to use the Whatsapp line where generic solutions are given. I have requested a supervisor or manager to call me but they just ignore me. When k told them I want to cancel they told me if I cancel be the 12 month period I will have to pay for equipment. They happily take my money each month but cannot resolve the issue of my Fibre line going down almost every day. Ii won't recommend anybody sign up we eith them
