WEBAFRICA : OVER CHARGE YOU FOR TERRIBLE SERVICE

If there was an option to give zero stars I would have. The service is pathetic, after 4 days I am still waiting for a manager to call me. I tell the agent on the whatsapp option what my problem is, after waiting 20 minutes for a response they repeat basically what you said. You pay nearly R800 a month for service, and this is the pathetic and appalling service you get. Worst part is I WANT TO PAY THEM that is why I am contacting them, I am telling them I have issue PAYING THEM and the non caring individual on the chat app refers you to the same process as the previous two idiots which is a process that doesn't work for all. DON'T BOTHER MOVING TO WEBAFRICA.
