Webafrica over billing customers
Sly company Webafrica installation service. Worse ever admin department and the whatsapp feedback is 0 on account problems still not solved, I did request feedback myself and I was advised that the accounts department declined my request. My webafrica was installed on 12 July 2021 with no interne service this to me was told I will be billed from 1 August 2021. So installed and no internet I told my friend who advised me to activate the Wi-Fi service, witch I did activate on 24 July 2021 suddenly by the end of the month of July I was billed for 2 months- July and August. In other words webafrica charges a full service amount from 24 July 2021 (wi-fi activated) up to 31 July for a service I did not use for the full month of July but I need to pay for a full moth???? I referred my child and she also was billed for 2 months however one month deduction also went through her bank account and not even showing on her bill but webadrica send an sms notifications that one month statement must be paid immediately otherwise they will suspend the service. This is an extremely sly way of making money from client, webacrica and this is their way of making money from people who were not informed properly on how they let people pay for a full month service if they did not even know they will be paid when they activate the wi-fi at any date of the month. I should be billed since the day this wi-fi was activated with that I agree but when activated on 24 July 2021 webafrica expect me to pay for a full month of July!!!! This is also messing with my debit orders on my bank account and I wish to cancel debit orders and pay webafrika via EFT payment. This is nonsense they can take as much money with debit orders as thy wish to do. I need a reply from webafrica account department about my billing and payment method ASAP and I need to know why webafrika bill clients for a full month service when the wi-fi was activated on 24 July. Please respond on hello peter so no one can make this mistake with this company again. Yes I agree his is better than rain internet service but ship up people and sort this problem.
