Webafrica Openserve Service SUCKS!!!

Poor poor poor!!! Openserve Fibre. 1. We cant install a lin, one hour later, back to install. Had to come back next day. Line installed. No power on line router came 2 weeks later. Installed exposed fibre line, I told Installer not to leave lines exposed, we have a puppy, he laughed, 9 days later, puppy chewed lines from the porch floor!!! Says 1st deduction will be a double deduction on 1st of next month, deducted 4 days later, why not give CORRECT info. Can not contact Company directly, must whatsapp, agents takes > 90 min to reply on whatsapp. Wish I could RATE WRBAFRICA OPENSERVE a ZERO!!!
